Our team travels to clients all over Ethiopia, from Addis Ababa, Adama, Bahir Dar, Hawassa, Dire Dawa, Mekelle, Gondar and Jimma to every other town, for workshops, installation and training, with remote support between visits.
How much does custom software cost in Ethiopia?
It depends on the scope: the number of users, screens and integrations, and where the system is hosted. After a short discovery meeting we send a written quote. Asking for one costs nothing.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. Source code, design documentation and the ability to change the system are transferred to you in full.
Can you connect new software to our existing systems?
Yes. We connect new software to ERPs, accounting systems, banks, SMS gateways, payment services and government platforms such as the Ministry of Revenue's EIMS through APIs.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. We offer long-term support and maintenance agreements, and you can report any issue on our support page.
Does ELIF work outside Addis Ababa?
Yes. Our team travels to clients in every region of Ethiopia for workshops, installation, data migration and training on site, and supports them by phone, Telegram and remote session between visits.
