Can it calculate the real cost of each product?
Yes. Materials, labour, machine time and overheads are collected per work order, so you see the actual cost of each batch and product, not an estimate.
Does it suit both process and assembly manufacturing?
Yes. It handles recipes and batches, for example food, beverages or chemicals, as well as assembled products with serial numbers.
Can the shop floor use tablets?
Yes. Operators can record job cards, time and output on a tablet or phone at the workstation.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of products and sites. After a short study we agree a written plan, and most factories go live module by module, starting with stock and production.
